I. Seller information
These terms govern the relationship between INA BRANDS OOD (“the Seller”, “we”) and every person (“the Customer”) who uses the online store booksforparenting.com and/or places orders through it.

II. General
1. By browsing the website and/or placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accept these terms.
2. The Seller may change these terms; changes take effect when published on the website. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force at the time of the order.
3. The website offers printed books and related products for parents and children.
III. Orders and conclusion of the contract
1. To order, add products to the cart and enter your delivery details. No registration is required.
2. By clicking the button to complete the order, the Customer makes a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.
3. The Seller may decline an order in the event of incomplete or incorrect details, products being out of stock or an obvious technical error in the price, and will inform the Customer.
IV. Prices and payment
1. All prices on the website are in the local currency and include VAT where applicable. The delivery cost is shown separately before the order is completed.
2. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.
3. Promotional prices and gifts with an order are valid while stocks last or until the end of the stated period.
V. Delivery
Delivery conditions, times and costs are described in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.
VI. Right of withdrawal and 60-day guarantee
1. As a consumer, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. In addition, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on every book.
3. The procedure and conditions are described in our Refund policy.
VII. Complaints and legal guarantee
1. The Customer may make a complaint if the goods do not conform to the contract (printing defects, missing pages, goods damaged in production, etc.) in accordance with applicable law.
2. Complaints are made at inabrandsltd@gmail.com with a description of the problem and, if possible, photos. If the complaint is justified, the goods are replaced or the amount refunded at our expense.
VIII. Limitation of liability
1. The content of our books is informative and educational and does not replace individual advice from a specialist (psychologist, doctor or teacher).
2. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by inaccurate details provided by the Customer or by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
IX. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.
X. Disputes and applicable law
1. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the Customer lives.
2. We will always try to resolve any dispute amicably — write to us at inabrandsltd@gmail.com. The Customer may also contact the consumer protection authority in their country or the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg).
